1. Malcolm (Frankie Muniz) 

We watched Frankie Muniz grow up before our very eyes during the six years that Malcolm in the Middle ran for between 2000 and 2006. He went from this:

Now 32 years of age, Frankie Muniz is the host of Dancing With The Stars Juniors on ABC. Since leaving Malcolm in the Middle, Frankie Muniz took a break from acting to join a band called Kingsfoil in 2012 (he left the band in 2014), and worked as an open wheel racing driver.

After two mini strokes, he returned to acting and has appeared in the TV series Preacher and the film series Sharknado. 

2. Stevie (Craig Lamar Traylor)

Remember Malcolm's best friend Stevie?

Now he's an artist who lives in San Francisco making "wearable art to heal the soul and tame the mind". He takes commissions, if you would be interested in owning jewellery made by the man who played Stevie in Malcolm in the Middle. He is also fairly grown up now, too.

3. Dewey (Erik Per Sullivan) 

Erik Per Sullivan who played Dewey in Malcolm in the Middle is now 27 years old. He has kept a fairly low profile since finishing up on Malcolm in the Middle, and you can't really blame him. He spent his entire childhood working.

4. Reece (Justin Berfield) 

After the final season of Malcolm in the Middle, Justin Berfield was just 20 years old and was fairly wealthy. So, he went and bought the house that Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson lived in on MTV's show Newlyweds. It wasn't long until he sold it though. He did a little bit of acting here and there after Malcolm in the Middle, but judging by his Instagram, all he does now is go fly fishing. 

5. Francis (Chris Kennedy Masterson)

Now 38 (yes, the eldest brother in Malcolm in the Middle is almost 40 now), Chris Kennedy Masterson appeared in plenty of TV shows and films after Malcolm in the Middle, but now he makes a living as a DJ. 

6. Lois (Jane Kaczmarek) 

Now blonde, and a little happier looking, Jane Kaczmarek has worked on dozens of TV shows and movies since leaving Malcolm in the Middle. She has featured in everything from Law and Order: SVU, to Phineas and Ferb, The Simpsons and The Big Bang Theory. 

7. Hal (Bryan Cranston) 

Well, we don't really need to talk about what Bryan Cranston has been up to since Malcolm and the Middle came to an end. 

8. Craig (David Anthony Higgins)

Remember Craig? Who worked with Lois? He's 56 years old now. 

Aside from Malcolm in the Middle, David Anthony Higgins featured in Mike & Molly, School of Rock and Big Time Rush.
